This project, located in Ermenek, Antalya, will consist of 8 detached villas on a 4,552 m² plot of land. Each villa will have a land share ranging from 480 m² to 698 m² and a net usable area of 455 m². The villas will feature private pools, underground parking, underfloor heating, air conditioners, fireplaces, fire pits, and winter gardens, all delivered ready to use. These villas, which will generate a large portion of their own energy through rooftop solar panels, are scheduled for delivery in June 2026.
